Advent is the period of preparation and waiting before the celebration of Jesus' Christmas. This year's Advent period is from December 1 to December 24, 2024. Every week, Principal Ma will light a candle in the Advent Ring to remind everyone to prepare for the birth of Jesus.
On December 16, 2024, we held a Christmas Thanksgiving Prayer Service at the school. We invited Sister Gan to lead the Christmas Thanksgiving Prayer Service, and all the teachers and students of the school gathered in the playground to pray together, then Sister Gan carried the Holy Child around the field and led the Little Child of Christ, and the children were so excited to see the Baby Jesus. The baby Jesus came to earth to bring us love, peace and joy, and the children also sent love to their peers, sending hearts and hugs, a warm scene, and wishing that the arrival of the baby Jesus would bless all families!
