Lent is a 40-day period of preparation leading up to Easter. This year, in line with the Jubilee theme of “Pilgrims of Hope,” we aim to help young children prepare their hearts for a meaningful Lent and welcome the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Our kindergarten will hold a Lent Prayer Meeting on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at the Church of the Holy Mother's Garment. During the event, senior students will carry crosses and electronic candles at each station of the cross, joining the children in experiencing the path Jesus walked. Together, they will reflect on whether they have shown love for the poor and vulnerable in their daily lives, and pray frequently. They also donated their pocket money to the “Catholic Lenten Movement” according to their abilities, promoting the spirit of charity, hoping to “bring hope to places that have lost hope,” caring for the weak and vulnerable with the love of Jesus Christ, and praying for them at all times!
