On May 13, 1917, in Fátima, Portugal, Our Lady appeared to three shepherd children and invited them to pray for world peace, the repentance of sinners, and the suffering and sorrow of humanity.
May is the Month of the Blessed Mother. To express our devotion and love for the Blessed Mother, our school held the Blessed Mother Month Devotion Activity – Blessed Mother Statue Procession on May 13 (Tuesday). Led by Principal Ma and representatives from the Christian Little Seedlings, the Blessed Mother Statue was escorted from the Dynamic Playground, through the corridor, and finally to the school playground. All faculty and students followed the Blessed Mother's procession, creating a grand and impressive scene. Along the way, we prayed for the intentions of the parents and sang hymns such as “Our Lady of Fatima,” “The Virgin Mary Loves Children,” and “The Virgin Mary of China,” expressing gratitude and praise to the Virgin Mary. The children brought their most cherished stickers to offer to the Virgin Mary as a sign of respect, promising to emulate her virtues and respond with actions in their daily lives. They also presented heartfelt kisses and flying kisses to express their filial love for the Virgin Mary.
