All faculty and staff participated in a professional development exchange program in mainland China from July 10th to 11th. This exchange not only enhanced the professional capabilities of our kindergarten teachers but also provided the entire staff with an in-depth understanding of the current state of early childhood education in mainland China. Key areas explored included: Anji Play, Chinese cultural arts, and physical education. By observing exemplary play-based teaching practices and exchanging teaching methods and strategies between the two regions, we brought back insights to explore potential developments at our school. This initiative aims to enhance our kindergarten's teaching quality, ultimately benefiting our young learners.
